7-10-3: EFFECTIVE DATE:

The City Council shall refer this proposed chapter to a vote of the people by resolution pursuant to section 7-5-132 Montana Code Annotated. If a majority of the voters approve this chapter, then it becomes effective thirty (30) days after said approval. (Ord. 840, 3-3-2020, eff. 11-3-2020)
