§ 1422.01 RESIDENTIAL CODE OF OHIO FOR ONE, TWO AND THREE FAMILY DWELLINGS ADOPTED.
   (a)   Ohio Administrative Code 4101:8, Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the City of Shelby, Ohio.
   (b)   The Richland County Department of Building Regulations is hereby authorized to exercise the enforcement authority and accept and approve plans and specifications and make inspections, all in accordance with the Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings.
