(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 1020.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. Each opening or excavation made in violation of any of the provisions shall be deemed a separate offense.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 1020.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense and shall be required to make any changes necessary to conform to the legal grade when it is established by proper action of Council. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
