(a) A site permit from the city and approval from Richland County Division of Building Regulations, if applicable, shall be obtained for each trailer.
(b) Electric, gas, water and sewer and/or any other public utility or service connection shall be made directly to the trailer in the same manner as provided for other buildings.
(c) Trailers shall be placed on a slab, foundation or basement. Slab construction standards shall be the same as those required for street construction. An apron shall enclose the underpart of the trailer.
(d) Property setback lines shall conform to present requirements. However, if deed restrictions are greater, those restrictions shall take precedence.
