468.99 PENALTY.

   (EDITOR'S NOTE: See Section 420.99 for general Traffic Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)

   (a)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Section 468.02 shall be fined thirty-five dollars ($35.00) plus two dollars ($2.00) per mile in excess of five miles per hour over the maximum speed limit.

   (b)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of Sections 468.03 and 468.04 shall be fined not less than two dollars ($2.00) nor more than fifteen dollars ($15.00).
