(c) No vehicle shall be operated at more than forty miles per hour on the following streets and highways:
Division Street from Stambaugh Avenue to the eastern City limits.
(d) No vehicle shall be operated on the Shenango Valley Freeway and Connelly Boulevard at more than the posted speeds which shall be as follows:
(1) Forty miles per hour from the Ohio State line for a distance of one-half mile to Station 29+75.
(2) Thirty-five miles per hour from Station 29+75 for a distance of one-half mile to Station 57+0.
(3) Forty miles per hour from Station 57+0 to the eastern City limits.
(e) No vehicle shall be operated at more than fifteen miles per hour in the following locations:
(1) In the Sharon Bicentennial Park; and
(2) On East State Street, between Forker Boulevard and Wengler Avenue, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on days when school is in session.
