A. Any person who violates section 8-1-1, 8-1-2, 8-1-3 or 8-1-4 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined for each offense in a sum not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). If such offense is committed by any licensed plumber, his license may also be revoked in the discretion of the Village Trustees. (1916 Code § 10-7)
B. Any person who shall violate any of the rules and regulations for the government of water takers or plumbers specified in section 8-1-5 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, in addition to the enforcement of forfeitures, liabilities and reservations therein contained, pay a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00).
