Sidewalks, Driveway Aprons, and Tree Lawns

155.01   Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of sidewalks, driveway aprons and tree lawns in the public right-of-way; inspection and standards by Director of Public Works.

155.02   Statement of repair; notice to owner.

155.03   Repair by owner or contractor.

155.04   Repair by City; assessment of cost.

155.05   Right of appeal.

155.06   Damage to City-owned property; charge of cost.
