155.05 RIGHT OF APPEAL.

Any property owner who receives a notice pursuant to Section 155.02 of the Codified Ordinances may appeal said notice within thirty (30) days from the date of the notice to the Board of Appeals. (Ord. 09-117. Enacted 11-23-09.)
