§ 34.03 VIOLATIONS CLERK; DUTIES.
   The violations clerk may accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of civil penalties or fines in ordinance violation cases, pursuant to the schedules specified in §§ 34.04 and 34.08.
