§ 34.08 ORDINANCE ADMINISTRATOR; ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Ordinance Administrator of the city shall be vested with enforcement authority for the Property Maintenance Code and Zoning Code as follows:
Garbage and refuse
Abandoned vehicles
Streets and sidewalks
Health and sanitation; nuisances
General licensing provisions
Itinerant merchants
Amusements
Junk yards and junk dealers
Sale of vehicles
General offenses
Land usage
 
   (B)   In addition to other fines, fees, penalties, civil actions, forfeitures, and the like, provided for in this code, as administered by the City Attorney, Building Commissioner, and other departments, commissions, and agencies of the city, the Ordinance Administrator shall have the authority to issue citations for fines as follows:

   (C)   The Ordinance Administrator shall also have the authority to recommend to the Board of Public Works and Safety that such fines and penalties be suspended in the event of compliance within a time limit specified by the Ordinance Administrator.
   (D)   In the event that the city prevails at the trial of a matter described in the table above, the city shall also be awarded attorney fees as well as the fines, fees, late charges, and penalties set out herein.
   (E)   The governing entity for the setting of fines, fees, late charges, and penalties for such regulation shall henceforth be the Common Council of the city.
   (F)   The Clerk-Treasurer of the city shall be responsible for collecting all fees, fines, late charges, and penalties set forth in this section.
   (G)   The fines, fees, late charges, and penalties collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the General Fund and used for the purposes allowed by this section for that fund.
