(A) The Board of Works shall designate, by resolution, a schedule of ordinance and code provisions of the city that are subject to admission of violation before the violations clerk and the amount of civil penalty to be assessed a violator who elects to admit a violation under this chapter. Civil penalties shall be paid to, receipted, and accounted for by the violations clerk under procedures provided for by the State Board of Accounts. Payment of civil penalties under this chapter may be made in person, by mail, or to an agent or agents designated by the Board of Works.
(B) Violations of the following provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Seymour, Indiana are subject to civil penalties, and upon admission of the violation, fines shall be paid by the violator to the violations clerk as follows:
