GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 96.01 AUTHORITY TO OPERATE.
   The city may establish, aid, maintain, and operate public parks, playgrounds, and recreation facilities and programs.

§ 96.02 STATE LAW GOVERNS.
   The Park and Recreation Law found in I.C. 36-10-4-1 et seq. shall govern operation of the Parks and Recreation Department.
