"Confidential personal information" is personal information that falls within the scope of Section 1347.15 of the Ohio Revised Code and that the City is prohibited from releasing under Ohio's Public Records Law. It applies to Social Security Numbers, background check information and job audit information that is maintained in the following five personal information systems only:
• Criminal History Reports for MARCS - Office of Information Technology (paper-based system)
• Job Audits (Paper-based system)
• Lay-Off Records - (paper-based system)
• Unclassified Designations - (paper-based system)
