SECTION XIV-6. ATTACHED SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS.
   Any structure consisting of two (2) individual single-family dwellings, which dwellings are connected or attached to one another by a common wall, roof, or in any other manner, are two- family dwellings and as such are permitted uses only in areas zoned for two-family residential use; any structure consisting of more than two (2) individual single-family dwellings, which dwellings are connected or attached to one another by a common wall, roof, or in any other manner, are multiple-family dwellings and as such are permitted uses only in areas zoned for multiple-family use. As contained in this Section 6, the term "multiple-family use" means a use other than for single or two-family dwellings. Nothing in this Section 6 shall be construed to prevent the rezoning of an area to any other use classification in accordance with Article XIV of this Charter.
