1139.01 DEFINITIONS.
   (a)    As used in this chapter, a sewer opening is defined as a manhole, grading, stream, creek, catch basin or other device opening onto the property allowing for the entry or exit into the sewer systems of the City of water and waste of any kind and description.
 
   (b)    As used in this chapter, solid or virgin ground for foundation is defined as that level at which is found naturally compacted and unfilled ground or ground or filled ground with the same compaction characteristics as naturally compacted ground.
 
   (c)    As used in this chapter, easements are defined as interest in land expressed by a written document or recorded plat entitling the holder of such easement to the limited use of property held by another.

1139.02 NOTICE REQUIRED.
   No person, agent, firm or corporation shall sell, by deed, land contract or otherwise, any interest in real estate within the City without furnishing to the buyer prior to such sale a statement setting forth any and all easements, the location and nature of sewer openings, the type of foundation, and at what depth solid or virgin ground for foundation is found.
