989.01 FIRST RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   In a First Residential District, no building or portion of a building to be used as a residence shall be erected, altered or used to accommodate or make provision for more than one family on one lot, and the area of the lot shall be as follows:
   (a)   A minimum of fifteen thousand seven hundred fifty (15,750) square feet for a lot where sanitary sewers are installed and the street is paved, and with a minimum frontage of ninety feet.
   (b)   A minimum of fifteen thousand seven hundred fifty (15,750) square feet for a lot where a septic tank is required or installed, and with a minimum frontage of ninety feet. (Ord. 100-1996. Passed 2-23-98.)
989.02 SECOND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   In a Second Residential District, no dwelling house or residence building shall be erected, altered or used except as provided in Section 989.01, and no multiple dwelling building shall be erected except as provided in Chapter 995.
