989.06 WIDTH OF LOT IN ANY RESIDENCE DISTRICT.
   (a)   In any Residence District, no dwelling shall be erected on a lot having a frontage width of less than ninety feet, except, however, on curvilinear streets the frontage need not be ninety feet, provided that on lots with the side lines converging to the street the lot width shall be ninety feet measured seventy-five (75) feet from the center line of the street, and on lots with the side lines diverging from the street the lot width shall be ninety feet measured one hundred and five (105) feet from the center line of the street.
   (b)   It is expressly provided that the frontage width of ninety feet shall not apply to any lot that was separately owned, or to any lot in a recorded subdivision that was on record and on which residence buildings were erected, when this Zoning Code (Ordinance 350, passed July 6, 1944) was passed.
