Each permit shall state the following:
(A) The allowable dates, places that merchandise may be sold on the public sidewalk including, but not limited to, the portions of the sidewalk that will be obstructed and the portions that will remain unobstructed; and
(B) Any other information that the Planning and Building Official shall determine to be necessary or desirable in order to effect compliance with this article.
