§ 20-6-62 PERMITTEE; COMPLIANCE.

An organization to which a permit has been issued for an activity referred to in § 20-6-52 of this subchapter, and all employees, agents, and representatives thereof, shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and applicable provisions of the municipal code.
