Each permit shall state the following:
(A) The allowable date(s) and place(s) of the activity described in § 20-6-52 of this subchapter, including, but not limited to, the public places that will be obstructed and the parts which will remain unobstructed; and
(B) Such other information as the City Manager shall determine to be necessary or desirable in order to effect compliance with this article.
