§ 20-6-14 MERCHANDISE; RESTRICTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to place or leave any goods, wares, or merchandise upon any sidewalk in the city, except that a reasonable time shall be allowed within which to remove goods, wares, and merchandise being received and shipped, and except as otherwise provided in this article.
