§ 20-6-13 OBSTRUCTIONS; SIDEWALKS; PARKING; PERMITTING; UNLAWFUL; NUISANCE; EXCEPTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful for the occupant of any lot or the owner of any vacant lot within the city to permit the obstruction of the public sidewalk or parking contiguous to the lot, except as in this chapter otherwise provided. Any such obstruction shall be deemed a nuisance.
