§ 23-1-20 APPLICATION TO CONNECT; FEES.
   Before a permit to connect to a water main of the city shall be issued, all applicable fees provided in Chapter 6, Article 6 of this code shall be paid. All fees shall be placed in the Water Fund of the city, and shall not be subject to refund.
