8-1-7: UNLAWFUL DISCHARGE:

It shall be unlawful, except as herein provided, for any user to discharge sewage, industrial waste or other wastes into the sewers or sewage works of the sanitary district, or any sewer connected therein, unless such user shall pay to the sanitary district its user charge (UC) as hereinafter provided. (Ord. 928, 3-6-1990)
