The Village Board of Trustees shall hold regular meetings in the Village Hall on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m., provided that when the day fixed for any regular meeting of the Board falls on a day designated as a holiday in Section 30.012 of this Code, the meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next succeeding day not a holiday. Notice of the regular meeting shall be posted as provided by law.
