§ 70.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this title for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Anyone violating §§ 70.203, 70.204, 70.206 and 70.207 shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

   (C)   Except where otherwise provided, any person, firm, or corporation violating any parking restriction set forth in Chapter 73 shall be fined in the amount of $35, said fine to be increased to $70 if not paid by the due date set forth in the traffic citation and further increased to $140 if not paid within 30 days of mailing of final notice:
      (1)   Provided, however, that should any such violation occur on a state highway within the Village, the fine therefor shall be in the amount of $50, said fine to be increased to $75 if not paid by the due date set forth in the citation and further increased to $150 if not paid within 30 days of mailing of final notice;
      (2)   Provided, further, that a minimum fine of $250 shall be imposed for violation of restrictions pertaining to handicapped parking designated areas.
