§ 70.206 TIME OF PAYMENT; LICENSE YEAR.
   Beginning in 1994 and continuing each and every year thereafter, fees for licenses required by this subchapter shall be due and payable in advance of the first day of July and licenses issued shall expire on the June 30 following the date of issuance. If, after the date license fees become due and payable hereunder, a person acquires a vehicle or becomes a resident of the Village, the license fee provided for in § 70.203 shall be due and payable within 30 days after such acquisition or residency. Where the said fee becomes due and payable six months or more after the start of the license year, then upon timely application being made to the Village Clerk, a license shall be issued for the remainder of the year upon payment of one-half of the fee provided for in § 70.203.
