§ 71.27 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   In addition to the violation set forth in § 71.26 above, it shall be unlawful:
      (1)   To alter, deface or transfer from one vehicle to another or from the applicant to another person any Residential Parking Permit issued pursuant to § 71.25 above;
      (2)   For the occupants of any residence lying within a residential parking zone described by a color to obtain more than two automobile parking spaces allocated to such residence; and/or
      (3)   For any person to misrepresent or falsify any information in order to obtain a Residential Parking Permit.
   (B)   Penalties.
      (1)   Any person found by a court of competent jurisdiction to have violated the provisions of § 71.25 and/or § 71.26, shall be fined $100 for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall be a separate offense.
      (2)   In addition to any other penalty imposed for such violation, the Village Manager/Comptroller or his designee shall revoke a permit issued to any person, firm or corporation who commits one or more violations contained in this section.
   (C)   Severability. The provisions of §§ 71.25 through 71.27 shall be deemed severable and the invalidity of any portion of this section shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this section.
