When signs are posted so indicating, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle on land owned by the Village of Schiller Park or public rights-of-way and/or parking lots dedicated to the Village of Schiller Park in the Residential Parking Zones described in Schedule XIX of Chapter 73 of this Code, unless the vehicle so parked has displayed in the interior of either the rear window or the windshield of such vehicle a current Residential Parking Permit issued to permit such vehicle to be parked in such Residential Parking Zone.
