§ 92.04 USE OF FIREWORKS BY INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE INFLUENCE.
   An individual shall not use consumer fireworks or low-impact fireworks while under the influence of alcoholic liquor, a controlled substance, or a combination or alcoholic liquor and a controlled substance as defined by M.C.L.A. §§ 257.1d and 257.8b, as amended.
