Consistent with Charter § 4.10, members of the City Council are to be compensated on a per meeting basis for attendance at regular and special meetings of the Council. The manner and amount of such compensation is subject to the review of a Compensation Commission to be established by this subchapter. Sections 31.40 through 31.43 are intended to establish and set forth the composition and powers of a Compensation Commission as provided for in Charter § 4.10.
