§ 111.01 DISTRIBUTING HANDBILLS IN PUBLIC PLACE.
   It is unlawful for any person to distribute or throw or cause to be distributed or thrown to or among pedestrians along or upon any public street, park, or other public place of the city, or to throw into or upon any motor vehicle, any handbill, dodger or other notice of advertisement, unless such is personally delivered.

§ 111.02 THROWING HANDBILLS IN YARD OR BUILDING.
   It is unlawful for any person to throw any handbill, dodger or printed advertising matter in any vacant lot, in any yard or in any building or store, unless such is delivered personally to some person in such yard, building or store.

§ 111.03 POSTING PLACARDS WITHOUT PERMISSION.
   It is unlawful for any person to post, stick, stamp, paint or otherwise affix, or cause to be done by another, any notice, placard, bill, poster or advertisement to or upon any sidewalk, crosswalk, curbing, hydrant, tree, fence, enclosure or building, or upon any telegraph, telephone or electrical light pole, without first obtaining the permission of the owner, agent or occupant thereof.

§ 111.04 DEPOSITING SAMPLES ON YARD OR PORCH.
   It is unlawful for any person to throw, deposit, place or leave upon any yard, doorstep or porch, or in any store or motor vehicle, any patent medicine or drug or medicine of any description or any sample of goods, produce or household commodity.
