§ 71.04 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

(A) Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, skate board, scooter, roller blades, roller skates, or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle upon any roadway.

(B) Violation of this section shall be deemed an infraction.
