15.11.04: RIDING WITHIN COMMERCIAL ZONE RESTRICTED:
No person shall ride or operate any bicycle or wheeled toy along, on or across any street located within the C-1 Commercial Zones of this City, delineated on the official Zoning Map 1 , when such streets or parts thereof have been posted or marked by street paintings indicating the prohibition against such bicycle riding. (Ord. 977, 6-13-90)
