ARTICLE II. COUNTY SURVEYOR

§ 3.01.025 OFFICE TO BE APPOINTIVE.

   The Office of the County Surveyor is appointive. The election laws of the State of California shall not be applicable to the County Surveyor.

§ 3.01.026 APPOINTMENT.

   The Board of Supervisors shall appoint the County Surveyor to serve at the will of the Board.
