§ 3.01.027 OFFICE OF COUNTY SURVEYOR.
   The County Surveyor shall be the ex officio division head of the county’s Surveyor and Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. The County Surveyor shall act under the authority and under the general supervision of the Public Works Administrator.
