SEC. 411A.6.  TSF EXPENDITURE PROGRAM.
   As set forth in the TSF Nexus Study, on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors File No. 150790,1 TSF funds may only be used to reduce the burden imposed by Development Projects on the City's transportation system. Expenditures shall be allocated as follows, giving priority to specific projects identified in the different Area Plans:
