SEC. 429.7. LIEN PROCEEDINGS.

A project sponsor's failure to comply with the requirements of Section 429.3(d)(2)(B) or (C)1 shall be cause for the Development Fee Collection Unit at DBI to institute lien proceedings to make the in-lieu fee, plus interest and any deferral surcharge, a lien against all parcels used for the development project in accordance with Section 408 of this Article and Section 107A.13.15 of the San Francisco .
