In the case of any amendment, Conditional Use or Variance action described in Sections 302 through 305 of this Code, and in the case of any order, requirement, decision or other determination (other than a Variance) made by the Zoning Administrator, the procedures for appeals shall be as described in Sections 308 through 308.2.
