163.04 OHIO MUNICIPAL RECORDS MANUAL.

The Records Commission shall review municipal records for disposal in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Ohio Historical Society's "Ohio Municipal Records Manual", revised edition 1990 which manual and revisions are incorporated herein by reference.
