(a) The parcel of land within any RA Multiple-Family Zone upon which any building(s) is/are being constructed, converted or reconstructed into multifamily dwellings of three or more units, all commercial and all industrial districts under three (3) acres and abutting any single family residential district shall be landscaped with suitable planting and shrubbery with a minimum width of fifteen (15) feet to preserve the harmony of the appearances of adjoining land uses.
(b) Any commercial or industrial district in excess of three (3) acres and abutting any residential district shall be landscaped with suitable planting and shrubbery with a minimum width of twenty-five (25) feet.
