1149.13 APPEAL PROCEDURES.

A decision of the Review Board may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals. An application for appeal must be filed within twenty days after the Board's decision has been filed in the Zoning office. The authority, duties and proceedings of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be such as are prescribed in the Planning and Zoning Code.
