1149.12 PENALTIES.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter by failing to perform any act required by this chapter or by performing any act which is prohibited by this chapter shall be deemed in violation of the Planning and Zoning Code and such violation shall be considered a misdemeanor the penalty for which is provided for in Section 1143.99 of the Codified Ordinances.
