741.10 LICENSE ISSUANCE; TERM.

The Housing, Planning and Zoning Officer shall grant a license to any person, firm or corporation who applies for a license to collect, transport and dispose of garbage and refuse within the City, provided such person, firm or corporation meets the requirements of this chapter. This license shall be in effect for a period of one year from January 1 to December 31 of each year.
