741.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following words shall have the meanings
respectively ascribed to them:
   (a)    "Garbage" means all waste or offal of fish, fowl, fruit, vegetable and animal matter resulting from the preparation of food for human consumption, from public and private establishments and from all residences.
   (b)    "Refuse" means all materials such as crockery, rags, old clothing, wood, rubber and similar materials. It does not, however, include any material in the nature of earth, sand, brush, stone, plaster or other substances that may accumulate as a result of building operations, and it shall not include paper, leaves, tree limbs and branches. Other refuse means all materials not included in the foregoing description.
   (c)    "Satellite truck" means a truck picking up garbage and refuse for transfer to a larger truck, which at no time is more than five minutes from the satellite truck.
