737.03 EXCEPTIONS.

(a) No license shall be required for any musical or literary entertainment, for any lecture upon historic, literary or scientific subjects, or for any exhibition or entertainment when given by residents for benevolent or charitable purpose.

(b) No license shall be required by any owner or lessee of any theater, opera house or hall that operates on an annual and continuous basis.
