5.108.280 Violation-Penalty.

A. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, other than Sections 5.108.070, 5.108.080, 5.108.110 and 5.108.120, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

B. Any person violating Section 5.108.070, 5.108.080, 5.108.110 or 5.108.120 of this chapter shall be subject to a civil action and/or administrative penalties pursuant to Section 1.28.010. (Ord. 2010-021 § 4; Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
