5.108.120   Orderly dispersal required.
   Each responsible person shall use reasonable efforts to cause the orderly dispersal of individuals from the vicinity of the establishment at closing time, and shall not allow them to congregate within fifty (50) feet of the establishment in a disorderly fashion. The distance shall be measured in a straight line from the property line of the establishment. (Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
