Each responsible person shall make reasonable efforts to prevent the admittance of any person whose conduct is described in Penal Code Section 415 (fighting, loud noise, offensive words in public places) or 647 (disorderly conduct) at the premises or on any parking lot or similar facility used by the establishment. Each responsible person shall make reasonable efforts to remove any persons exhibiting such conduct from the establishment. (Ord. 2003-056 § 1)
